NAACP CONVENTION AND SIGNING

The NAACP is the nation's largest grass-roots civil rights organization. Created in 1909, the vision of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is to ensure a society in which all individuals have equal rights without discrimination based on race.

Their vision is aligned with that of the Message in the Mirror in that this book encourages equality and fairness. The book promotes an understanding of one's own identity and a mutual respect for self and others. We were honored to be a featured author at this year's NACCP 108th National Convention.
